Liver cheese is baked and not raw, it contains no cheese, and usually contains no liver! This makes it fine for you to eat during pregnancy. However, be careful to choose liver cheese that contains no liver or less than 4% of liver content, as liver has a lot of Vitamin A and sodium.
Excess sodium can increase blood pressure and too much Vitamin A can lead to birth defects in babies. If you can’t get your hands on liver cheese without liver, at least avoid eating it during the first trimester.
