Yes, you can have Nutella during pregnancy.

Nutella is a sugary chocolate, hazelnut treat. It is absolutely normal for pregnant women to have sweet cravings. Nutella consists of almost half-sugar hence, care should be taken not to go extremely overboard with this product to avoid gestational diabetes. It also contains caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant and can increase your heart rate and blood pressure, it can also cross the placenta and may harm your baby. However, Nutella has a negligible amount of caffeine, on an average of 2-3mg of caffeine per 2tbsp serving which is not worrisome.

WHO recommends no more than 300 mg of caffeine intake per day for pregnant women, so be sure to check out your other sources of caffeine intake.

All in all, you can enjoy Nutella within limits. It is better not to make it a big part of your diet as it causes weight gain and is not very nutritious.
