Lotus seeds, also known as fox nuts or phool makhana are categorized as superfoods for pregnant women as they are packed with innumerable vitamins and minerals. To begin with, they are considered one of the good sources of protein that help in stimulating the development of the nervous system and the brain of your unborn baby.
